Is the internet lagging?

Since switching from Voo to Heytelecom my connection is just awful, everything is lagging. Anyone else experiencing this?

Maybe saying  is it mobile connection or fixed cable connection.

It's fixed cable connection, and this morning it just stopped working at all.
