For over a week now, the data consumption on my dashboard reads as 0 even though I have used data. I am concerned that I may be fast approaching my data limit. The correct consumption amount is displayed for telephone minutes and SMS. Any idea how this can be fixed?

hello, In my phone (it uses android) I can apparently monitor data usage in the phone itself. Your phone may have a similar tool built in? I never really looked into the workings of this because I set the phone to use wifi to run its software updates, and I do not use internet/games und so weiter on that phone so I have actually never used data on the provider carrier.. I would advise to use WIFI at home and where it is free as much as you can, rather than connect through the carrier phoneline.
