No service for a week and no answer from anyone

I have been trying to reach Hey Telecom since December 2024. A few days after starting my contract, last December I received my first invoice with the amount for a month and as I understood the next invoice would reflect the correct amount. Well this never happened, my second invoice was much higher, and by now I got the third.

All this time, I was out of Belgium, in fact I requested the suspension of my service as I spent two entire months out of Belgium. I have sent uncountable messages and emails with no response.

This week my line was suspended even though I paid the pending invoice, I have no service since Tuesday 25.02, I have reached out to hey telecom no less than 100 times this week to get this sorted and I have NO answer!

I expect, first my service to be summarized ASAP and second a review on all my invoices so far. This situation is unacceptable and extremely frustrating!
