Hi, I just received my order confirmation for hey! Internet. During the order process, the offer indicated €29/month and free installation. However, my confirmation email says €39/month with €29/month only until the end of the promotional period, and it also mentions €32 installation fees. Could you please confirm that my subscription is €29/month for life and explain why I am being charged the €32 installation fee? Thank you!
