Hello,
Bpost said my address is incorrect and is sending my SIM back to HEY Logistics, I had already asked them to put them at a pick-up point if delivery fails, also added special instructions and everything (I also had a complete address). I will raise a complaint at bpost.
Meanwhile, what can I do to get the sim that I ordered? Will it be resent to me by logistics? Is it possible that they send it to a pick-up point or an alternate address? It is getting difficult for me to work without my number.

You can contact our customer service via chat, Facebook or instagram and ask for a new sim card to be sent to you. It will be sent to your address...
