Is there any email to contact? Live chat is sooo terrible, please provide a customer care email where I can provide details for my problems. Thank you. I cannot add my IBAN Italian to the automatic SEPA authorization as you only accept Belgian numbers

Hello Romeo, sadly enough we only have a phone number for activation issues.
Our chatbot can sometimes have delay in responses. Did you try and contact us on Social Media already? That way you can close the page without issues since the chat is being saved.
