I am an EasySwitch customer, but my SIM card is still not activated - I tried it yesterday and today. My old card (edpnet) is still working!

Hi,
Once you receive your SIM card, you need to activate it manually on the hey! website. Here’s how:
Go to heytelecom.be/nl/simactivation, enter the number printed on your SIM card (all digits before the “B”) and the email address you used when ordering, then confirm.
Once activated, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Since you’re transferring your number from edpnet, the activation can take up to 24 hours, but it’s usually much faster.
Your old edpnet card staying active in the meantime is completely normal, it’s designed that way to avoid any interruption.
You will have to insert your HEY SIM card! Once you no longer have a network at edpnet
