I have returned router but still I'm receiving mail to return it.
I have applied to cancel my wifi connection from hey and proceeded to submit my router and modem as well. But still I'm receiving email saying not yet returned the router and modem. Please check my status if it is cancelled or not. If not please cancel it as I have already returned the things.

Hello Yaminimedidi, there may be a processing time of up to 14 working days of the returned material.
Because of this, you may indeed find that your return letter and the actual return have crossed paths.
So, no worries. 😉
