Cancel new subscription request and transfer because of no esim in adroid
Hi. Yesterday night I submitted the request to activate hey subscription mobile migrating from Orange. I've realized after that esim for Android are not supported and I must cancel the request and process in order to avoid to have my current sim disable. Can you please share how to cancel the order ASAP? I'm waiting for more than 1 in hour WhatsApp chat. Many thanks

Hi Mary82 👋
I experienced a similar situation when migrating from Orange to hey! with eSIM.
Even though eSIM support for Android is not officially fully supported yet, my transfer was completed successfully and I remained on eSIM without needing a physical SIM.
In my case:
If you want a faster solution, I recommend calling the support number 0800 85 519 and choosing option 1 (activation pending). In my experience, they are more efficient by phone than via WhatsApp.
Also, when the porting process officially starts, Orange usually sends a mandatory SMS saying something like:
“If you did not request this transfer, reply STOP within 8 hours.”
If you do nothing, the transfer proceeds.
So you basically have two options:
Of course, each situation can be different, so contacting support directly remains the safest approach.
Please keep us updated on how it goes 🙂

Hey @Mary82,
Since you are migrating from Orange to Hey, no SIM card will be sent, you will keep the SIM card you are currently using with Orange. The eSIM will work on Android. However, if you ever encounter an issue with your SIM, you will be invited to switch to a physical SIM card, which you can do directly in your Customer Zone.
