Jusqu'à récemment, Hey proposait ses abonnements en e-sim, me semble-t-il.

C'était vraiment très pratique parce qu'on pouvait demander un abonnement et l'activer en quelques minutes/heures seulement. Pas besoin d'attendre la livraison d'une carte physique pendant des jours. Très pratique aussi pour les gens qui ont un iPhone (entre autres) et qui veulent avoir 2 abonnements en même temps sur leur téléphone (un privé et un professionnel par exemple).

C'est aussi un peu plus écologique qu'une SIM en plastic, qu'il faut envoyer par la poste, transporter, etc. (ce n'est pas une économie d'émission de CO2 énorme, mais quand même).

Les opérateurs belges qui proposent la e-sim sont encore très rares (seuls Proximus, Orange et Mobile Vikings le proposent, je pense), donc c'était un véritable avantage et un bon point de vente pour Hey de proposer la e-sim.

Peut-être allez-vous la proposer à nouveau bientôt? En tout cas, dans mon entourage, pas mal de personnes n'attendent que ça pour pouvoir passer de leur opérateur actuel avec e-sim, vers Hey!

Allow me to respond in English. 

We are committed to relaunching e-sim sooner rather than later. 
We are technically able to offer e-sim, but we had to remove the current implementation due to the high risk of fraud. We were noticing some individuals who were purchasing e-sim with stolen identity cards - and with the instant activation (and no need to send a sim card to a physical address) those cards were instantly used for criminal activity such as phishing. We of course have an extensive fraud detection mechanism in place, but due to the instant activation of e-sim, we noticed that some cards were used for phishing before the mechanism was able to detect fraud. I am sure other providers have the same issue with this, and I do not technically know how they solved it or if they accept a small percentage of fraud. 

However, at hey! we are committed to reducing fraud to 0, which is beneficial for everyone.
Therefore we are making the necessary changes to our fraud detection mechanism to be able to offer e-sim once again to you.

For the usage of e-sim on Apple watch; as mentioned above, Proximus will indeed offer this soon. Without knowing the details, my guess is that Proximus will offer "one number" functionality on their e-sims; meaning you can use the same phone number and subscription on 2 cards (of which 1 or 2 are e-sim).

This functionality is not on our roadmap; but normally you can import any e-sim on your Apple watch. Meaning that you can just order a  hey! 1GB e-sim in the future and import it on your Apple watch.

Je voudrais partager un lifehack afin d'avoir la eSIM chez heytelecom!

C'est tout simple, premièrement il faudra transférer votre numéro chez Orange en eSIM.
Une fois transféré en eSIM, vous faites la même manipulation, mais avec hey. Vous transférez votre numéro de ORANGE vers eSIM (avec le numéro de client Orange).

Maximum 24h plus tard vous êtes chez hey en eSIM.

I can understand that new customers cannot have an eSIM, but for old customers, 9 months or more, invoice paid on time. There had to be a solution to allow migrating Towards an eSIM
